Of the candle
Which lights and warms
The room,

And

It is the quiet of God
In the hearts of these Friends,

They who hold the light,
Gathered here,
Together
In the Truth.

And

It is the quiet
Of love
Pulled up,
From long day shadows,
To breathe in the sun.

And

It is the quiet
Of these planked walls and floor
That shelter lasting peace
For all who come.
