We are gathered here together on this rather solemn day
To remember and honor Virginia and some things she used to say.
I remember Virginia just the way she used to be,
How happy it would make her when some friends dropped in for tea.
Virginia was a big help when problems would arise.
She always had a suggestion, in that way she was wise.
And even when she didn't feel well, she could always manage a smile.
You could always count on Virginia to help with things worthwhile.
I bet God had some problems that he was worried about.
He said, "I think I will call Virginia. I bet she can help me out."

God bless you, Virginia!
