Salem Quarterly Meeting offers a special workshop for those who care for people with Alzheimers disease and related dementias on Saturday, 27 October, at Friends Village at Woodstown.
The workshop, led by Patience Oakes, will focus on ways to enhance positive relationships between those with dementia and their caregivers.
Patience is a social worker in Friends Village's memory support area. Friends will remember her well-received presentation about dementia at the March 2007 quarterly meeting. Caregivers, their friends, and the members of their meetings who support them are welcome to join this workshop from 1:30 to 4:00 pm.
