Prep Party
Mickleton Meeting reaches out to our community every year with an Egg Hunt. We provide participants with a service opportunity by accepting donations to organizations which help those in need. This year the Little Red Schoolhouse Committee provided materials for children to make greeting cards for residents at Friends Village.
Little Red Schoolhouse 200th Anniversary
Salem Quarter is home to a 200 year old Friends School. The brick building, built in 1808, was renovated in 1941 to serve as a community center for Mickleton, and is now called the Little Red Schoolhouse. Plans are underway to renovate the building to serve the needs of the community for years to come. If any of you philanthropists out there can help us fund this $600,000 project, please send your tax deductible contributions to: Little Red Schoolhouse Renovation Project, P.O. Box 231, Mickleton, NJ 08056.
