FALL 2008Gloria Horvay
Mickleton MMMickleton Meeting invites Friends from the Quarter to join us in the celebration of our 200 year old Friends School, now called the Little Red Schoolhouse and used as a community center.
The happy occasion will be held Saturday, September 20, from 25 PM. Crafters who make items that would have been available 200 years ago, such as pottery, knitting, weaving, candles, and wood-working, are invited to demonstrate their craft. In addition, Friends are welcome to bring an animal for the petting zoo or share their musical talents. We will have colonial games for children, and hopefully a hay maze. Please contact Gloria Horvay if you would like to participate, as arrangements need to be made in advance for spaces.
