We have not had many quarter-wide activities for quite some time. Recreational outings ended when when Frank Lenik left Steering Committee and no one else was willing to sponsor the canoe trip. Group study ended when Tony Prete was no longer able to continue his sessions.
The Steering Committee has decided to organize more activities in the future. We are starting with a trip to watch the Blue Rock baseball team in Delaware and a picnic at the Cape May Zoo in August. We plan to schedule a variety of activities that small groups within the quarter might find interesting including activities relating to sports, recreation, art, Bible and other religious study, visits with legislators, wildlife, and history.
