SUMMER 2010March 14, 2010
Since our last quarterly meeting we have solved the problems with our newsletter.
We have found a printer who specializes in work for non-profit organizations. He is not only able to complete work when promised but also charges signicantly less than our previous printer. You have all seen the quality of his work in the most recent issue. Because of his lower pricing we are able to continue with the color cover at a lower cost than we were previously charged for all black-and-white copy.
Our newsletter helps us keep in touch with our members who live at a distance. One such member lives in a retirement home in Greenville, NC. She showed our newsletter to a officer of North Carolina Yearly Meeting and he asked to have it, saying that he found it interesting.
